Senn Food Products : Beef Liver
Ox, goat or lamb liver is delicious and easy to prepare. This time we serve it with a nice salad that is made out of lettuce, grapes, dried jalapeno chillies, etc.
500 g ox liver, cut into big enough pieces
1 rosemary sprig
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 thyme sprigs
2 tablespoons paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
- Saute the liver in a pan big enough. Gooi in the thyme, rosemary and paprika and season well. Fry on medium heat for about 7 to 10 minutes, dependent on the size of the liver and your preferences.
- Remove from the heat and let it cool. Cut across into thin pieces and serve with your favourite salad or starch.
