Senn Food Products : Beef Liver  

Description :

Ox, goat or lamb liver is delicious and easy to prepare. This time we serve it with a nice salad that is made out of lettuce, grapes, dried jalapeno chillies, etc.


500 g ox liver, cut into big enough pieces

1 rosemary sprig

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 thyme sprigs

2 tablespoons paprika

Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Saute the liver in a pan big enough. Gooi in the thyme, rosemary and paprika and season well. Fry on medium heat for about 7 to 10 minutes, dependent on the size of the liver and your preferences.
  2. Remove from the heat and let it cool. Cut across into thin pieces and serve with your favourite salad or starch.
  3. Preparation: 5 minutes
  4. Cooking time:  <  10 minutes
