Toasted Polony Melt with Avo and Cheese
200g Senn Foods French, Garlic Polony or Senn Foods Chicken Polony finely chopped
1 Avocado, Peeled, Pitted and Cubed
15ml Olive Oil
10ml Lemon Juice
1 Celery Stick, Finely Chopped
2 Large Spring Onions, finely Chopped
5ml Dijon Mustard
4 Cocktail Gherkins, Finely Chopped
4 Slices Bread (of your choice)
100g Gouda Cheese, Grated
Dash of Hot Pepper Sauce, Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper
- Combine chopped Senn Foods Polony, avocado, oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, celery, spring onion, mustard, mayonnaise, and gherkin, mix well.
- Add a dash of hot pepper sauce to taste.
- Toast bread, placed on a baking tray, spread the Senn Foods Polony mixture onto the bread slices and top with cheee.
- Grill for a few minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
